I had the best experience at Furniture Row!! Tyler helped and gave options of what could be delivered in a timely manner and they had some great Black Friday sales going on too! There were a couple of great managers there too that helped out with suggestions on what the better buy would be. I have purchase furniture there before and I would definitely buy there again!!

Casey was great! Helped me the second I walked in to point me in the right direction. Then answered my questions along the way. Took his time to help me find what I needed. Great experience! 1 couch, 1 recliner, and 1 impulse clearance buy! All on my lunch break.

Furniture Row in Champaign is second to none. Everyone is very friendly and professional. No pressure just great service. Pricing is reasonable and the quality of the products are excellent. Tyler helped us decide on the perfect sectional! We initially were looking between 2, but Tyler pointed out another we’d managed to completely overlook and it wound up being just what we were looking for! There was never any pressure to purchase and he was very knowledgeable of the products. The sectional arrived very quickly- in under a week! We opted to pick the sectional up ourselves and the warehouse team was immensely helpful with it onto our trailer and assembly was easy! We will definitely be back for future home furniture needs.
